Live Memory ("the app," "we," "us") is built around one simple idea: your videos are yours, and they stay on your device. This policy explains exactly what the app accesses, what it stores, and what it never does.

What we access

Photo library access. When you pick a video, Live Memory asks for permission to read that video and, when you save a wallpaper, to add the result back to your Photos library. The app only ever sees the specific video you select, it does not scan or access your full library.

What we store

On your device only. Your source videos, the moments you pick, and the wallpapers you create are processed and stored locally on your iPhone. None of it is uploaded to us or to any third party.

App preferences. Small bits of local data, like whether you've seen the onboarding screens and how many free memories you've created, are stored on-device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your phone.

What we don't do

We don't upload your videos, photos, or wallpapers to any server.

We don't require an account, email address, or sign-in of any kind.

We don't use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

We don't sell or share your data, because we don't collect any to begin with.

Subscriptions and payments

Live Memory Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All payment information is handled entirely by Apple, we never see or store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions.

Children's privacy

Live Memory is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, regardless of age, since the app doesn't collect personal data at all.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
