Frequently asked questions
Open Photos, find the Live Photo that Live Memory just saved (it's the newest one in your library), tap the share icon, choose "Use as Wallpaper," and set it for your Lock Screen. Make sure the Motion toggle is switched on, that's what plays it when you wake your phone.
This almost always means Motion is turned off. Go to Settings → Wallpaper, open your Lock Screen, and check that the Motion toggle is on. If it's already on, try re-saving the wallpaper from Live Memory, sometimes a Live Photo gets set as a still image by mistake during setup.
Live Memory gives everyone three free memories to create. After that, Live Memory Pro unlocks unlimited creations. Customizing a wallpaper you've already made is always free, and deleting one from the app doesn't give you another free slot.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Live Memory, and make your changes there.
Open Live Memory, go to the upgrade screen, and use Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, Apple handles all billing, so a refund request through reportaproblem.apple.com is the fastest path.

Any video up to 60 seconds from your library works. Live Memory automatically picks a sharp, stable moment, you just choose which part of the video it comes from.
