  1. Acceptance of termsBy downloading, installing, or using Live Memory ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

  2. What Live Memory doesLive Memory turns a video from your photo library into a Live Photo wallpaper for your iPhone's Lock Screen. All processing happens on your device; see our Privacy Policy for details.

  3. Your contentAny video you use in the app remains yours. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any video you select, Live Memory doesn't check this for you. Don't use the app with content you don't own or don't have permission to use.

  4. Free usage and subscriptionsLive Memory gives you three free memories to create. After that, continued use requires Live Memory Pro, an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. You can cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  5. RefundsAll purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple, not us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

  6. No warrantyLive Memory is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

  7. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent permitted by law, Vreeburg & partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

  8. Intellectual propertyThe app itself, its design, and its code are owned by Vreeburg & partners. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond using the app as intended.

  9. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

  10. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
